question does anyone care!!!! guys I need feedback if I don't get a name I can't post the next part whoever chooses a name will get a dedication in the chapter, again I'm looking for an evil character name, he's bald, wears a white long sleave shirt with pale gold yolk, cuffs and collars. also wears white long pants. he's got a roundish fat face, the texture is waxy looking, he's so pale hes almost translucent. kind of chubby, he's a crazy dictator with all kinds of stupid rules. no art, music, books,(only like textbooks and you have to be a registered scholar to get one and its only in class), you aren't allowed to eat outside of the structured meal times, everything is color coded.
