Bro, I'm not even being recommended good stories, only whatever is friggin tagged "bl", "isekai", "transmigration", danmei, etc. Half of the stories are MTL instead of actually translated, and those are never good. And even
when I do take the chance of reading the MTL stories, the MCs are either spineless, annoying, jumping to conclusions to the point of you not
being surprised they're single, wanna be a "salted fish" then proceed to do go the opposite direction by making the most idiotic decisions ever, never use their brains, seem to be braindead, or all of the above.
Most of the time, it's all of the above.
It gets to the point you wonder if the authors are more delusional about reality than you are (or in this case, if they're worse than me), and then realizing that; yeah, they are. I know people like having braindead mcs, but holy cheezits, where are the ones with working brains??
Please!! I am metaphorically starving for an mc with working braincells. Trust me, you do not want me to start writing if I don't get them.
(Also, why is it always the "straight" guys being isekai'd? I put that in quotations because they're either a closeted gay or bi.)
