hi everyone, 
          i am so sorry for not updating in over a month. i’ve had writers block and honestly just given up on my stories all together. i love writing fanfiction for certain fandoms but it is sooo hard to get reads because it’s specific and made for a certain group of people. it’s also hard to stay true to the plot and not change things in it. elara devaney is a beloved character to me, but i feel i haven’t portrayed her well. it is difficult to combine fantasy and murder mystery (which i did not know at the time). i want to write a story that is empowering, thrilling, and that makes my readers think— and i feel that writing an original story would be promote that better. for those who have supported me despite my inconsistency and lack of motivation, thank you. and for those who are just finding my account, keep in touch with me— i am hoping to create a new story.

hi loves! after a long long break from writing and much thought, i’ve decided i need a clean slate to get creative again. i am going to restart vipers gambit and change up the plot. i knew from the beginning that i didn’t put enough thought into how the story would play out, and how elara and draco’s love would progress. i simply put “enemies to lovers and sad story” together; which wasn’t a good approach. for the people that have forgotten about my account, i hope you find me again sometime for a way better read. and to the few loyal followers that have been checking up on me, expect an update soon.
