@Megan_hoag  You know, a few people have asked me about that!  And one reader did write a short story named Dog after reading Cat.  :)  But in my mind, a dog doesn't think the same way as a cat.  A dog would think thoughts like:
          	  
          	  Bone?  Where bone?  Under couch?  There.  Get bone.  Dig!  Noise. Bird.  Bird?  There bird!
          	  
          	  You see, it would be boring.....  LOL
          	  
          	  No offense to dogs.  I love my maltese.  He's just not too smart.
