I just came back home from a Track meet. I did the 4x100 and the 4x400m relay. I had a foot injury but still ran because I didn't want to let my team down, so I literally can't walk. I'm just hopping around on my right foot, trying to balance the ice pack on my left foot. Urgh.
It looks like the force is not with me today. I feel like I failed my math test, a beehive formed right where my fourth period was so a section was blocked off so I was nearly late to class taking the long way, I bumped into a table hard enough to give me a bruise, a mosquito bit me last night so I have this huge mosquito bite, I can't walk because of my injured foot, I have French class today (and I still can barely understand French), and I have a ton of homework to finish and it's 6:09 PM. The only good thing was that the person next to me during the 1600m relay while I was waiting for the baton was like "Oh we're going to beat you, we have too much of a lead." I beat her at around 200m. In the inside of the track, the long jump people were like "Go!" (to the other girl, not to me). She was so mad that I beat her that she was like "What the hell!" Ehehehe.
What about you guys? Was the force with you today or not?
