          Bet you haven't heard from me in a while, but I've got a secret to tell you... 
          I've been writing again.  
          
          Be warned, though, I make no promises about uploading regularly.  You might've noticed my sneaky new chapter drop for Molten, and I have been looking at Fourth Wing, too.  
          
          I've written myself into a bit of a corner with that one.  The balance of things with writing fanfictions is very different than original novels, and I've put myself in a bit of predicament that I haven't had the energy to figure out how to get out of.  It's pretty similar on the BNHA front, too, which is a part of the reason I started my hiatus.  
          
          Also, I'm still very busy.  My roommate is now my partner, I'm still working two jobs, I'm still prepping to make a big move sometime in the soonish future, and now I have a DnD group I meet with one of my few days off work.  When I am writing, it's on my personal works, which has been really nice.  But I am working on fanfics again, to some degree, so keep a watch.

Welp,, I'm going on a hiatus. 
          
          I didn't really mean to disappear...  My bad ❤️‍.  My life has been super busy the past few months.  It's been genuinely the past two months of my life.  I haven't had a lot of time or inspiration to be writing, and the little bit of inspiration I've stumbled upon was solely focused at my personal, non-fanfic projects.  
          
          So, I'm going to go ahead and announce a hiatus.  I'll be back eventually, I still have an incredibly investment into these stories I've made, but it'll be a bit.  I'm a little high on life, so I'm not gonna let it go.

Guys!! I got a tarantula!! (& some Zuko fic news)
          
          I know this is strange news, but I got a tarantula!  I've wanted one for a few years and have finally had a living situation where I could make it work.  
          
          If you have any interest in spiders, it's a Uruguayan Black Beauty (G. Quirogai).  We don't know it's sex yet, because it's very small, so I've been bouncing around pronouns.  
          I'm also deciding between two names right now: Aratiri (which means "lightning") and Ko'ēti (which means "dawn").  Both of these are indigenous Guarani names, which was once commonly spoken in Uruguay, though not so much anymore.  
          
          I'm totally open to opinions on the name!  I won't lie, my roommate and I have been talking about maybe just getting another UBB tarantula and using both names... so that's an option, too.
          
          
          As for Zuko ---
          
          I've just finished the first chapter as well as finalized the title, cover, and description!  It's completely ready to publish.  
          
          Because I'm about to be very busy, I was thinking about waiting until I'd (mostly) finished the second chapter to actually publish it.  
          But, if there's a lot of demand for it / there's people who don't mind possibly waiting a bit longer than would be normal between the first and second chapter while I get settled in my new house, I'm willing to publish it now.  
          Let me know!!

Okay, I'm taking a little while to get some plotlines in order (aka rewatching ATLA and the end of BNHA) so I'm probably not going to be writing very much for a bit.  I'm also moving in two weeks, so there's that.  
          
          Once I know a general outline of where these books are gonna go, I'll be back.  In the Daylight is basically entirely non-canon scenes so I'll be writing that one when I have time.  
          
          Also, Wattpad has added a feature where you can put books into series or collections.  I've updated all of my novels so every version (and series, if it belongs to one) are grouped together, so hopefully that'll make it a bit easier to stay on which version you wish you read.

Yet another change to the White Quartz upload schedule:
          
               For a multitude of reasons (see further if interested), I'm no longer going to be publishing chapters of White Quartz on a schedule.  I'll still be updating intermittently when I feel like writing a chapter, so it'll be similar to my old upload style where it'll appear randomly, just much less frequently.  
          
               As mentioned previously, I'm having some pretty bad writer's block in regards to Fourth Wing fanfic.  After this previous chapter, which is admittedly not my best work, I've realized that my writing is just not up to par with what you all deserve.  
               I'm also moving, so that's obviously going to take a lot of attention to do, and I've beginning to prepare to emigrate next year.  Prep work for that to make it successful is going to be very demanding, on top of working two jobs.  
               All of that to say: I'm going to be very busy and want to be able to enjoy writing in the little downtown I have for it.  Right now, Fourth Wing is growing more stressful than enjoyable, especially in comparison to other projects I have going on.  
          
               Eventually, I hope I'll get back onto a schedule with my uploads, but to be honest, it probably won't be a permanent change until after I've settled down in a new country, so we'd probably be looking two years out at the very least.  
               I promise that this is not the end of my work on Fourth Wing, and as much as I can manage, it won't be a full-on hiatus.  And, as always, I will keep you updated if anything changes.
