To be completely honest I thought everything was really well planned out and it was easy to tell by how well it flowed.

It’s fine. I also think the haircut idea was awesome because most characters seem to have the longest hair ever and move extremely fast with no resistance. And the haircut that “looks like a boys” and is also shaved in the back is something I want to try in a few years.
