Hey got some more ideas for you.
          Plus maybe have Kansens join his group better to have allies than none at all.
          Shoukaku, Zuikaku, Illustrious, and Enterprise for carriers 
          Prince of Wales, Tirptiz, South Dakota, and Yamato for Battleships
          Prinz Eugen, Cleveland, Belfast, Takao, and Avrora for Cruisers 
          Laffey, Z23, Ayanami, and Javelin for Destroyers.
          Just a solid group and idea for you to use.
          I don't know how it would work maybe have them either exile or gone rogue from their respective factions.
          For a main base probably the Northern Union which is where Avrora resides.
