I was just wondering if there was like a family tree or something like that for Regularities or Anomolies. I could’ve sworn i’ve seen one before but idk…

Hey Author, was reading Anomalies and I didn't read the book before it so I am not sure about Cas' parents' story but the more I read, the more confused I get. It's made sure that his parents are not bad people but I feel like they aren't as present as they should be. Like their kid had a very traumatising childhood, getting bullied a lot and getting beat up by their sibling all the time. If his parents were really nice, why didn't they stop Atlas from hitting his brother which any other parent would do if they saw one of their kid beating the other? Similarly, if they were good parents, shouldn't they've noticed that their kid is having broken and sprained bones all the time in football practice which isn't normal? Sorry, I'm just confused cuz they're portrayed to be good parents but they seem ignorant to me.

@Soul_Binder_forever hi! I don't take any offense! I wrote this when I was still a kid myself, so I didn't really put that much time into explaining ANYTHING like how I do in my current re-write of the book - Cas' parents, who he calls mom and dad, are AJ and Micah Rex, who are really good people, but his biological parent, alongside Circe, is Jonah Rex, Micah's older brother, who did let all of this slide. While they do try to be there, they ARENT present enough because Cas pushes them away, but they do fail because they were an adult, and should have kept going/trying to protect him anyway, even if he didn't want the help. They are good parents, but they are flawed, too
