I did the thing again where I (temporarily) abandoned my current wip for a new one and got like four chapters out. now do i post it now or when there's more?

my outline is done... kinda... and it's also 197 pages

Why is my outline 129 pages? 
          
          It's not even done yet???

The prologue of Something has been revised! Now only *quickly counts* .... 14 more chapters... then the next part... then the eleven or so parts after that.

I have returned once more.... to finish what I started.
