so ive just woken up from one of the coolest dreams of my life. by the way, anyone who hasnt watched or read the hating game, kindly sidestep away from this post. also, this post is quite long, but please dont be discouraged. i think its actually really cool.
hi everyone who stayed. so basically, the dream started out pretty much the same besides a few little points. so Lucy worked in a publishing office with Matt, this dream's version of joshua (also, what is my fascination with the name matt?). matt keeps on blowing lucy off and she eventually meets someone called andrew, this dream's version of Danny. in terms of 'cast', it was still austin stowell as matt, but it was jamie foxx as andrew??? couldnt tell you why. and lucy was me
so, im not quite sure how it happened, but they have to go up a really big staircase in the middle of this frozen wasteland. at the start, lucy is kicking it with andrew, but then he starts being bitchy to matt, so she goes with matt instead. along the way, she realises she really likes Andrew, but she also likes matt, so she has to decide between them.
so they get near the top of this staircase, and apparently theres something really important at the top. the whole time, Matt had been sucking up to lucy, but she had been secretly wanting to go with andrew. when they get to the top, matt realises she likes andrew more than him and pushes him down the stairs. lucy is obviously heartbroken and they play some weird game that i cant remember. it ends with lucy losing and getting also pushed down the stairs. somehow, andrew is still alive. Lucy lies at the bottom of the stairs in a crumble. andrew comes over to her while matt is running down the stairs, shouting about how she 'fell' and that before she did, she told him she loved him. but andrew goes over to Lucy and grabs her hand and just before she dies, she whispers "i love you baby"
