Well it's been a long break, but I'm back to working on Saving Brody. I'm sorry I've been away but after my last announcement I had to move in and take care of my mother in law who has Alzheimers.  After almost a year we had no choice but to place her in a home.  After that I needed a break, a long one.  I'm finally back to Hope and Brody so I'm hoping I can get back to it. I've got 5 chapters up at the moment and several more written.

Hmm, okay so I have noticed that there has been a few stories that I have read recently where the author has gotten their own characters names confused and called them by other names. Other than the fact that it's actually kind of funny it is also confusing when you aren't expecting it. 
          
          Any tips on how to get others to read my stuff? I vote and comment and still nothing. It's kind of disheartening that nothing is happening with mine yet. I guess I'll just keep plugging away at it.

So I have noticed that most of the books these days, at least in here, are in first person.  I haven't written that way before and I'm wondering if that is the preferred way of writing that you like ? I'm thinking of doing one of my upcoming stories in first person and seeing how I feel about it.  Let me know what you think. I'm open to advice, suggestions and Constructive criticism.
