So... I’ve been working on a book and it’s pretty basic so far but I’ve got 3 chapters and some (what I feel are) strong characters... I think I’ll post a single chapter as a trial? And see what happens from there?? Anyone wanna help a girl out and add some input?

A particularly orange "leader" recently announced that transgender men and woman are not allowed to serve in the United States military. On top of that, the Department of Justice attempted to influence a trial with the claim that gay rights are not human rights. This is the hate a country resorts to. I stand beside the LGBTQ+ community during this time of oppression and discrimination.
@origamikitty I completely agree. At least there are many people on this planet who are open, understanding, and kind
I don't understand how someone can complicate something as simple as just accepting people for who they are and who they want to be. These traits aren't what ultimately define who someone is. It's sad that we live in a world like this.
ok this is a style question should I make the epilogue past tense or keep it present tense (as the rest of Element is!). It might make it a little less confusing, but if nothing is said, I'll continue with present!
