          Are you an undergraduate student aged 18 years or above studying in Sri Lanka?
          
          Hi, I’m Sandeeptha Ilapperuma, an undergraduate student in BSc (Hons) Psychology and Counselling at NIBM, affiliated with Coventry University. I’m conducting this research study on self-stigma, self-disclosure, mental health literacy as predictors of help-seeking intentions among Sri Lankan undergraduates. 
          
          I’m looking for volunteers who are,
          •	18-30 years old
          •	Undergraduates in a Sri Lankan University
           
          Participation involves completing an anonymous online questionnaire through Google Forms and will take approximately 15–20 minutes.
          
          Participation is completely voluntary. You may choose not to participate or stop completing the questionnaire at any point before submitting your responses.
