hey, sorry I've been awol for a while. i've been taking time of all of my social medias for my mental health and i'm happy to say that it's a lot better, yay :))
i missed writing fanfiction though so I've started writing some new marauders fanfics on a different account. it's called @siriusblacksbf if anybody wants to read any of my stuff (I just started a new one about sirius slowly realising that he's falling in love with remus)

if luke skywalker and captain america were fighting, would luke's lightsaber cut through caps shield?
@Catelyn_mashy this also left out what sheild he would be using at the time as there where allot of different sheild he uses through his days as captain america
@wildflowerxtpwk I am not too sure as the only known materials that lightsabers cant cut through are other lightsabers, phrik allow, and baskar but bescar does not mean much in this conversation as it is not vibranium vs beskar it is vibranium vs kyber crystal the name for the crystal that powers the lightsaber the only thing is that Mandalorian ore is very similar to vibranium the material caps shield is made out of both in in word value and properties in their respective universes as they both are extremely tough, have a similar silver colour before paint and and very valuable and from the information that can be gathered from the respective universes we can gather that yes vibramuin is stronger then a lightsaber caps sheild is not or at least the original sheild see the first sheild was develpoed by howard stark but from a more advanced knowledge of the material the wakandans could theoretically make a sheild that could stop a lightsaber with prior knowledge but also we could assume that the sheid he is using is not brand knew and custom made so most likely yes luke skywalker or any jedi with propper connection to the force coult cut through captain americas sheild
