If you are going through your own health journey I highly recommend looking up hospital universities around the world and looking through their medical journals for research papers that relate to your health issues, there is a lot of helpful information out there and I found that reading the introduction and the summary the most helpful, as much of the information in between used technical terms that I’m not familiar with. The intro & summary usually gave me the information I needed. Best of luck.
