Lowk I was thinking of making this new set of rangers highschool teens initially (this is set in 2030ish for context) then I thought 'hey let's make them university students' then I thought 'ykw lets make them a nonprofit organization that runs without the SPD/SPA's authorization and instead of arresting, kills monsters'
