For those of you who have been patiently waiting, the hiatus is officially over and “Unfamiliar Self” will be seeing weekly updates starting this Friday until we close out the trilogy.
I apologize for the long wait. It just sort of hit me all at once that I needed to give these characters, and myself, a bit of a break. But now I believe it’s been long enough and for good or ill, everyone whose left in the Unfamiliar series deserves a proper ending.

So, I know its been awhile since we have been through this door, but I thought I should let all you loyal readers know that I went ahead and added an extra scene to the very end of "Cabin in the Woods, Part One". It entails Foxy, Kat, and Mary's short trip to said cabin and was originally meant to be an integral part of the story when I first posted said chapter months ago but someone got left out. To those who wish to re-tread said chapter, it will definitely clear up any potential confusion you may have had leading into the beginning of "Part Two". Apologies for the extra reading, but I assure you it is both short and quite worth your time!
