❝I’m going to drop the cliche bomb on you-
I’m really quite the ordinary person. In fact, there isn’t anything about me that would affect your life in even the most subtle way.
Unless…yes, there might be one thing.
I write stories.
You might scoff, but I believe that words have a sort of quiet power. If your universe were a pond, a book would be a pebble, skipping across the water, leaving behind ripples that bloom and morph into different patterns. You’d seem to hear the characters' voices on the street. You’d see their actions reflected in movements around you. You’d feel a connection, a link between worlds.
So maybe, just maybe, you’ll read a scrap of my writing, and another pebble will be thrown. When I write, I want to make a difference in someone’s life, no matter how small, and create a world both beautiful and terrifying in turn, a world that they can escape into.
So yes, I am an ordinary person, but I have my words. I have my words, and if you have the time, you know where to find me.❞
