@wockyfem, some people are going to patreon or Inkitt .I would just have a back up account ,add a disclaimer on any chapters with smutt and maybe add the 18+ tag .

Smut must be in a book not centered around solely sex. And more than likely it can’t be too detailed or too frequent. The characters partaking in anything sexual must be 18+ (atleast for Americans) no exceptions. 
            No more fan fiction and nothing they can interpret as glorifying anything harmful

They just don’t want to see people making smut for people under 18+ if any of the Mc are under 18 and is getting into any sexual act they will ban it. Just put 18+ on your book and make sure no one is underage and you’re good.
