Ok so I just read the story and I have to say it's got an awesome plot your writing makes me as reader feel like I'm there. it's well structured and it's got good paragraphs overall I love it . :)

You do have some spelling mistakes although it's mainly grammar that's the problem
Personally I have struggles with this too sometimes my brain thinks too fast for my hands so I kind of end up typing stuff and then reading it over and thinking what the hell is this?

If you have messy handwriting or you type to quick and it comes out messy, it's because your brain is too quick coming up with ideas that you can't write or type it quick enough.cool right?
Anyway an awesome way to fix grammar edits is too just copy and paste your story into google translate and get it to read it aloud to you so then you can actually hear the spelling mistakes
( you can also use this method for school assignments too!)
Honestly looking at my story's first chapter makes me cringe because I think ewwwwwwwwwww
if your not happy with your story or how it's going or have writers block dedicate a chapter to the readers and ask for suggestions on what to do next
BUT
Remember your the writer so if your not happy with the suggestions their making YOU that's right you don't have to change your story it's yours
but I would recommend maybe making 1 chapter a persons Pov or maybe they can share it between 2 peoples povs so maybe the next chapter it could start out as kakashis Pov and then halfway through it could be obitos like omg kakashis just kissed the reader
