            "Then maybe you should."

(  @twoquarterheart  )⠀⠀☥⠀⠀ugh, i know. don't remind me.⠀[catalina mumbles softly, face buried into the pillow, her hair a wavy, tousled mess. her arm, in true, clingy fashion, is looped around his waist──as if, even in sleep, she couldn't fathom being separated from him──their faces mere inches apart when she dares to open her eyes, blinking sleepily.]⠀your bed's so comfy.

            "Well, too bad. We have work."

            "Gotcha." His brow raises at the question as he's suddenly too aware of them being the only two in the room. "I should be asking you that, frankly. Wouldn't want someone coming after you or whatnot." 

iD. @twoquarterheart⠀✦⠀got carried away with a client; didn't realize how late it was.⠀[catalina replies with a grin, her gaze straying from him momentarily to sweep the room, a strange sense of anticipation settling over her as she leans against the bar. her voice is playful when she speaks again, teasing.]⠀you need someone to walk you home?

            "Just had to clean up. What are (you) doing here still?"

            He waits almost nervously. He hasn't ever had someone feed from him before, so he isn't sure what to expect on the receiving end. As soon as she's in his lap, he's grabbing her thighs to calm his nerves. He gasps, eyes squeezing shut as her teeth sink into his neck.  

iD. @twoquarterheart⠀✦⠀[catalina doesn't hear much beyond the permission he so willingly grants. she's zeroed in on his neck, laser focused in the same manner a predator is with its prey, her gums aching with a hunger that greatly transcends the desire that seems to always simmer within her bones. normally she'd never ask him; she knows the risks of feeding from her kind, but she's  / starving /,  a fact that's made obvious in the way she shifts closer, sliding into his lap with a grace that betrays her thirst. she leans in closer, her fangs lightly brushing his pulse point, before they, after a moment of hesitation, sink into his flesh, her eyes fluttering shut.]

            "It's okay, go ahead. Take what you need."

            [catalina mumbles softly, her leg tightening around his thigh as if to prove a point, her actions as shameless as they were desperate.]⠀need you. please──

            He grumbles quietly, adjusting his legs to accommodate her movements. He sighs at the request, fingers running up and down her back at an attempt to soothe her. "It's late," he murmurs. "Can't it wait?" 

iD. @twoquarterheart⠀✦⠀just you.⠀[catalina replies immediately, shifting impossibly closer, one leg sliding between his own, her face buried in the crook of his neck and shoulder. she kisses his flesh softly──needily──her lashes fluttering sleepily as she inhales the ever-intoxicating scent of him. then, softly as ever, in a tone that, had she not been mumbling, would've been considered a whine, she mutters.]⠀.. please.
