So this is kind of a long note but it needs to be said. I'll cover three topics in one post. I don't want to spam anyone's notifications, however it's unlikely anyone will read this, it still needs to be said.

I heard about Christina Grimmie's death as soon as I woke up yesterday morning. It took me a second to recognize the name. (I like watching the voice and I constantly watch the voice YouTube clips.) I remember I watched her blind audition and was so intrigued that I watched the rest of her Voice battles (on YouTube. The season was before I first saw her Voice Blind Audition). I am saddened and shocked that someone wanted to take away the wonderful talented young person that Christina Grimmie was. May you rest in peace Christina.

My second topic I want to talk about is the Nightclub shooting in Orlando. I don't understand how someone could be so cruel as to take so many lives without a care. This was the worst mass shooting in the U.S.A after the Virginia Tech and Sandy Hook Elementary shootings. There is so much more that needs to be said but my words can only convey a small amount of what should be said so I shall just say this: My heart and thoughts go out to the people at the nightclub and I hope everyone will be able to recover. May all the victims rest in peace.

The last topic is about the LA Pride almost-bombing. I'm so thankful that the attempt was foiled (note: it isn't proven that he would have attacked the Pride festival but he did say, as a cover story, that he was going there.) I'm so sad at hearing the fact that so many people want to hurt others. The fact that all of this happened in two days time is shocking. I'm greatly saddened that this all has happened and I will continue to think about this in the upcoming days.

Rest in Peace Alan Rickman.

This morning started off with the sad news that Alan Rickman (known to many as Severus Snape) passed away today due to his battle with cancer.

Thank you for accepting the role of Severus Snape. The Harry Potter series would not have been the same without you.

          You will be remembered always.
