k-karl marx? uwu?

I get so confused sometimes when someone mentions Tom's eyes. 
          Like, their said to not exist, but then Tomska proved that they were actually just black, but in one of the comics Tom was messing with something in his mouth (still un-sure as to if it was Play-Doh or what) and soon closed his mouth and it came piling out of his eyes. 
          but then in another one, it shown I think a harpoon (or something similar) was trying to go into his eyes, but couldn't. 
          is it one of those things where stuff can go out of them, but can come in? 
          idk, 

school au where Tord is very optimistic there, but breaks down each day after school,
          Edd isn't that much of a fan of crowds or meeting in the cafeteria and freaks out when his friends aren't there,
          Matt still carries mirrors and sometimes makeup, but it's for his girl-friends, not himself, he hates his looks, 
          but Tom, out of the four, is the most happy and loving one of the whole bunch. 
          He tries to cheer them up, but a little too much. 
          The other three become attracted to him, but he can't choose or else someone gets hurt. But either way it goes, he's going to become the opposite of himself, just like they all were. 
          Nothing can change them, but they can all find a little happiness in something. 
          Maybe even..someone.
