Updated profile again. I know it’s been a while, but a baby is hard work! We’ve finally got a pretty good routine going and I have a couple of hours at night while the baby sleeps to work on my writing. My goal is to finish “Songs of Innocence” and have it published. I’m shooting for a minimum of 50,000 words (currently 17,780) as from what I’ve researched that’s kind of the minimum for a full length novel. I have a rough outline in my head and given the story I want to tell and what needs to happen, I don’t think I’ll have any trouble meeting (and probably exceeding) that amount. 
          
          I’ve debated publishing some of what I have already here and building interest/a following. On one hand, I don’t know if I want the pressure of “publish another chapter soon please!” Because of my personal situation of having a baby and sometimes I may not write for a while. But on the other, I do want to start sharing a semi rough draft to people and putting it out there for feedback, etc. It also might motivate me to keep at it consistently if people are reading and actively wanting more. I don’t know. Personally I like to read a completed story instead of having to wait for more chapters, but not everyone is like that. I’ll think on it and if anyone has any thoughts feel free to comment below!

Working on a Supergirl one shot that’s turning into a long story

          That's the number of stories I've read on Wattpad in the 4 years I've been on it.  Wow.
          
          In the meantime, I've added a small amount to "Songs of Innocence" but not really had a lot of time to work on it or any other stories.  I've got another marathon writing session planned for the end of the month where I basically lock myself in my house for a weekend, get drunk and write 10K+ words or so on a story/stories.  I write best when I'm drunk and listening to emo/EDM music.  Find what works for you, right?

I’m alive. Wrote a thousand words of a random new story. Trying to get back into my two main stories right now. It’s been busy with the holidays and family visiting but I’m here!

Ok I’m so excited to announce I’m beta testing for @adarkgreytshirt on her story “Forever Halloween” and if you guys haven’t already, you should check it out! It’s an amazingly well written Kaylor (sort of) story and I’m helping with translating it as a native English speaker and making little tweaks here and there. I’m super honored to be doing this as I’ve looked up to this author since I first joined Wattpad about 4 years ago. 
          
          Also they’re teaching me some Portuguese so that’s cool.
