How's it hanging?! Name's Malen, and my true form is visual art, but I love reading. Mostly it's memorizing my latest issue of Rolling Stone magazine, but more recently a classmate has gotten me hooked on WATTPAD. Hands in the air, if I'm not the only one? 

Misanthrope, watercolor artist, Catholic, Poe fan, Jim Morrison diehard, classic rock junkie, film-goer, budding feminist, anti-weed, lover of the dark. I live in the woods by a lake, so if I get all mystical on you, it's the environment. Or the massive amounts of spray paint I inhale. 

Books I swear by in real life? Catcher in the Rye, The Glass Castle, Jane Eyre, Rebecca, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, yeah. 

Films I swear by: Shawshank Redemption, Dead Poet's Society, Silence of the Lambs, Get Low, Because of Winn Dixie, Caddyshack, Coraline and so many more.
