    • Around a year or two ago my friend showed me *Boombayah* by Blackpink. It had just been released and she was very excited about it. She continued telling me about different k-pop bands and stuff. That's the first time I discovered k-pop. I didn't get into it until a few months ago when my friend mentioned liking BTS because of their calming voices. I looked into it and I fell into the whirlpool that is BTS.
