Age regression and age play are different.
Age regression is a coping mechanism and age play is a kink (idk what kink means)
Please stop sexualizing age regressors.

@worthless_kid does this mean I could, at any moment, get age regression? (Explanation for why I say this: Something really bad happened to me as a child and every year that passes, and the more I think of it, the situation/s that happened get worse and worse, and I now have 2 coping mechanisms, and maybe will need 3 soon. )
