@wouldratherbewriting it depends on the role. Reviewers, for example, decide for themselves when to open their page and accept reviews. Bloggers usually have to write a blog once a month whereas designers can accept orders in the shop or take tasks in the server when needed. Roles like assistants and book club managers are more time demanding but we try to accommodate to everyone's schedule when possible.
