I also like to share that it is Sickle Cell Awareness Month 💜

To anyone living with sickle cell or supporting someone who is: please remember that you are not alone, and you matter more than you may realize. I know words can sometimes feel meaningless, especially when you’re hurting, exhausted, or going through something that others may not understand. But I hope you remember this, you make the world a better place simply by being here. Your strength, your presence, and your story matter. Keep holding on, keep taking things one day at a time, and never forget that you are seen, valued, and loved. 💜🩸

September is Suicide Prevention Awareness Month. 🩵

To anyone struggling right now: I know words may not be enough to change what you’re going through, and sometimes hearing “it gets better” can feel impossible to believe. But please remember this, you are not alone, and you matter. Your presence has meaning, even on the days when you can’t see it yourself. You make the world a better place simply by being here, and your story is still being written. You deserve the chance to see what comes next. 🩵

Hey everyone! ❤️

I know with everything going on with Wattpad lately, especially the changes surrounding guidelines and restrictions I wanted to make sure I had somewhere else to share my work. Sooo, I went ahead and created an Inkitt AND Tumblr account: @madebysymii [I ain’t leaving Wattpad though, I got a series in the process that needs to be shown on here]

And with that being said… I’ve officially decided to bring back one of my old books, Velvet & Vice, featuring the original main leads, Chris Brown & Ariana Grande, along with some of my other Chris Brown stories that have been sitting quietly in the archives.

Now listen… that man pisses me off like NO OTHER! BUT I refuse to let all that writing go to waste! I put way too much time, creativity, and energy into those stories to just let them disappear, so I’m bringing them back and giving those books a new home.

I’ll be posting chapters on Inkitt and Tumblr, so if you’ve been around since the old days or you’re simply curious about some of my archived work, make sure you follow me over there!

And before anybody asks… yes, I’m STILL learning how to use that Tumblr app. Chileeeee, that app got me fighting for my lifeeeee!!

But we gon’ figure it out!

Thank you to everybody who continues to support my writing, whether you’ve been here since the beginning or you’re just finding me or even just patiently waiting for me to drop back into the Wattpad scene again. I appreciate y’all more than you know.

          Inkitt & Tumblr: @madebysymii
          Teyana Taylor PFP so you know it’s me ✨ ✨ ✨ ✨

          — xoxo, Symii ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️!

@_UrbanDymnd_ same!! It gives other writers the chance to expand their books instead of keeping it just on Wattpad. It’s a big adjustment for me but I’m comfortable enough to learn and grow with it.

@wrdsbysym I am seeing a lot of writers making plans to share their work on either Tumblr or Inkitt, and honestly, I'm not mad at that. I used to be on Tumblr heavily. I probably still have my account if I can remember the password, which I feel like I still do, lol. I'd love to get back on there and share my work as well

Hi, i know you said you're a collaborater, but what is it specifically that you do collabs on? Is it books? Cause I have a couple of good ideas ideas but I don't want them to go to waste

SnowdropGirl15

@SnowdropGirl15 it's okay, thank you. But please let me know when you can. Would you still like to hear my ideas?

Hi there! I usually collaborate with other urban writers whenever I have the time, whether that’s helping brainstorm plot ideas, developing characters, choosing face claims, or occasionally ghostwriting. I genuinely enjoy being able to help other writers bring their ideas to life.

Unfortunately, I’m currently focused on my own books and projects that need my full attention, so I won’t be able to assist with collaborations right now. I hope you understand, and I truly appreciate you reaching out to me!!! ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ @snowdropgirl15

Aye, quick question… has there ever been a book on here written by a BLACK author that eventually got picked up and adapted into a movie or TV series on platforms like Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, Tubi, or even released in theaters? I’m genuinely curious!
