@writeordie0214 I totally understand this feeling. Just took a very long nap because of it and have been struggling through mine for many years without therapy or medication. Hell, I don't even know if I have it yet! But needless to say, I think if you sleep some and treat yourself to some nice, cool ice-cream then I think it'll go away some. Try listening to music, cutting (though I don't condone it but it helps), and crying as well. Those are my go-tos when I just can't find the relief that I need.
