          Remember how I talked about a new idea I had for a fanfic (back in january) and never mentioned it again? 
          I wrote it down back then, before putting it on ice, and didn't post any of it. But last week the idea kind of spiraled, and I wrote almost 30 pages. So now you're getting the prologue + the first eight chapters.

          I thought I'd let you know that all my Empyrean fanfics are standing kind of still at the moment. I just can't seem to figure out what to write. Which is why there won't be a new chapter of "What the future holds" this week either. Because forcing myself to write something I'm not feeling, will just turn out terrible. 
          
          I've been in more of a romance (than fantasy) mood lately, both reading and writing wise. So I have been writing on a fanfic to The Windy City series (by Liz Tomforde) and will most likely continue to do so until my obsession with it dies down. 
          Is that something any of you would be interested in reading? 
          
          I hope to get back to my Empyrean fanfics soon. But until then, there won't be any new chapters which I sincerely apologize for.

          I've been really busy this week and haven't been able to finish a new chapter of "In the Shadows" which means I won't be able to upload a new chapter tomorrow. But I will give you a new chapter of "Back Down" instead, seeing as I've gotten a few chapters on that one. That means you're getting one chapter tomorrow and one on Saturday.

Hi guys! 
          
          So, I just came to a conclusion. All it takes for me to start a new fanfiction, to the Empyrean series, is for me to come up with a new signet that feels interesting enough for me. 
          And right now I'm battling with myself if I should start on one I really want to write. I really need to focus on the ones I've already got going, but at the same time, this new idea really has my inspiration spiraling (in a good way) 
          
          What do you think I should do? 
          Should I wait with the new one? Or should I start it? 
          Or should I perhaps start scheduling new chapters, like I used to with "Control it", hoping that it will let me write on every fanfiction I've got started?

          I couldn't help myself. 
          I wasn't planning on publishing a new story anytime soon. But, I might've fallen in love with the idea. So, I went against myself. Again. You've got a prologue and the first two chapters to my new Empyrean fanfiction "Back down" (the title might change along the way) 
          First one to correctly guess the love interest, and or the signet, gets a gold star.

          Missed me? 
          
          So, I'm sad to inform you that I've felt the need to take a step back from both "In the shadows" and (as you already knew) "What the future holds". 
          But, I'm happy to let you know that I've gotten ideas to three new ones (also to the empyrean series). And I'm currently thinking about starting one of them while taking a small break from the other stories. 
          
          So here are my questions:  
          Do you want to be in on the decision about which one I'm starting? 
          Do you want to know who the love interest is from the first page? 
          Or do you prefer not knowing anything about it until it's published? 
          
          Also, my break has nothing to do with the stories and more to do with me. Which means I WILL get back to them, I just currently can't say when.
