          I've been really busy this week and haven't been able to finish a new chapter of "In the Shadows" which means I won't be able to upload a new chapter tomorrow. But I will give you a new chapter of "Back Down" instead, seeing as I've gotten a few chapters on that one. That means you're getting one chapter tomorrow and one on Saturday.

Hi guys! 
          
          So, I just came to a conclusion. All it takes for me to start a new fanfiction, to the Empyrean series, is for me to come up with a new signet that feels interesting enough for me. 
          And right now I'm battling with myself if I should start on one I really want to write. I really need to focus on the ones I've already got going, but at the same time, this new idea really has my inspiration spiraling (in a good way) 
          
          What do you think I should do? 
          Should I wait with the new one? Or should I start it? 
          Or should I perhaps start scheduling new chapters, like I used to with "Control it", hoping that it will let me write on every fanfiction I've got started?

          So... 
          I couldn't help myself. 
          I wasn't planning on publishing a new story anytime soon. But, I might've fallen in love with the idea. So, I went against myself. Again. You've got a prologue and the first two chapters to my new Empyrean fanfiction "Back down" (the title might change along the way) 
          First one to correctly guess the love interest, and or the signet, gets a gold star.

          Missed me? 
          
          So, I'm sad to inform you that I've felt the need to take a step back from both "In the shadows" and (as you already knew) "What the future holds". 
          But, I'm happy to let you know that I've gotten ideas to three new ones (also to the empyrean series). And I'm currently thinking about starting one of them while taking a small break from the other stories. 
          
          So here are my questions:  
          Do you want to be in on the decision about which one I'm starting? 
          Do you want to know who the love interest is from the first page? 
          Or do you prefer not knowing anything about it until it's published? 
          
          Also, my break has nothing to do with the stories and more to do with me. Which means I WILL get back to them, I just currently can't say when.

just finished your book "control it" about fourth wing and girl, it's so good! I can't wait for it to continue once the new installment of the series comes out.

          I need to get something off my chest, and I hope no one takes offence or feel personally attacked because that is not my intention. 
          
          I love all of you and the support you've given me.
          And to all the artists who have messaged me with offers, after saying that you've seen potential in my story, I can only say thank you so much! I am truly honored that you enjoy my writing and get inspiration from it and want to draw based off of it. But I am not able to pay for any work, whether I want to or not.
          And it is really hard for me to say no, because yes, I would absolutely love to see my characters come to life. I would love to see what all of you vision as you read. But I am broke. I cannot pay for your work, no matter how many times you say your prizes are reasonable or that you'll do it based off of my budget. It does not change the fact that I do not have money for it. And I am not willing to do installments because I hate to owe people money. 
          Where I want to go with this is: please don't try to sell me anything, because I cannot afford it. And it kills me to say no all the time. 
          
          I'm sorry if this upset anyone, but I just had to get this off of my chest.

          Have any of you read the Chestnut Springs series? It's currently my new obsession and I'm thinking about writing a fanfiction to it. 
          If I do write it, it's going to be more about family relations rather than romance. 
          
          Is there anyone out there who would be interested in reading it?
