Hello, everyone! ╰(´︶`)╯♡

The first three chapters of Threads of Fate are officially published! I hope you enjoy reading them as much as I’ve enjoyed writing them.

P.S. Remember Chapter 36? The one I was raving about on my personal board? Yeah… I’ve changed the chapter numbers, so Chapter 36 is no longer Chapter 36. BUT you can all try to guess which thirty-something chapter was originally supposed to be 36. That could be a fun little game.

          	Thank you, everyone!

          	With love,
          	Writerkhonsu

Hello! This is not related to the story, but I was thinking of visiting the book after a few months, to read the chapters all together rather than waiting alot of time, and I also have an upcoming exam and will have to focus more. But I also feel like I want to read it with suspension for each week's update though it'll take a long time. So I'm kinda of conflicted in doing which one.

Hello! I hope you’re doing well and that school is going well too! ♡

Your calculations are pretty close, but the Yule Ball chapter won’t be coming out on Christmas. It’ll actually be published sometime in November.

As for reading weekly or waiting a few months, please do whatever works best for you. Your exam should definitely come first, and the story will still be here whenever you have the time to read it. Whether you read each update as it comes out or save a few chapters to read together, I hope you enjoy them either way! ╰(*´︶`*)╯♡

Also, I just counted the amount of chapters to be released by December and, if I am right I think Christmas might come around as you upload the Yule ball chapter lol

Hey so I have a question. If we get to see Theodore in the world cup, would we get to see His father too? Also I searched up Theodore's father's name, and there wasn't an actual confirmed one, so did you have him one for the series? If so, can we know what's his name?

Myeviland_uwu

@writerkhonsu Yeahh! I feel like they are already iconic. And i can't imagine malfoy's face to see them together XD

@Myeviland_uwu Thank you for your enthusiasm! It makes me so happy! ♡ And yes, it’s in Goblet of Fire that they meet up with Sirius near Hogsmeade. It was definitely a very interesting chapter to write.

I also love the group’s dynamic because we already know what to expect from Hermione, Ron, Harry and Lilith, but having Theodore there brings something new to it.

@writerkhonsu oohh that's great! Means we'll get to know more about Theo and his family! Also, I can't remember clearly but was it in GoF where they meet with Sirius in hogsmead (I think) ? If so I hope Theo is there too!

(I'm kinda obsessing over the five of them being a friend group together and having fun dynamics with eachother)

The cliffhanger in the last chapter was VERY brutal. It’s upsetting how next Sunday can’t come faster!!!!!!

@Taneia_1315 Of course you will! Pinky promise! ♡

I’ll make an exception….but we have to find out who says ‘Arthur!’ in the next chapter!! We will, right??

The only song I'll be putting on replay when I'm on the Yule ball chapter is Art deco by Lana del ray.

The lyrics “Cause you want more” are going to hit differently then. ʅ(◞‿◟)ʃ

Also, I thought of a representative colours for the main gang, and I wanted to know, does purple suit Lilith? Cuz when I see before I feel like Theo is green and Lilith is like either lavender or like a light purple

Myeviland_uwu

@Myeviland_uwu YEAHH I felt like she was very lavender/ soft purple like throughout the series lol

writerkhonsu

Hello! ♡
Theodore is definitely green, and you’re spot on about purple being Lilith’s colour. Something between lavender and a soft lilac. That’s 100% her colour!

@Taneia_1315 Aw it's okay, I think I won't be able to finish reading all of the books in exactly like one day, since I have a class tomorrow.. so I'll probably read the new chapters after I finish re-reading the books.

Idk if it's just me but whenever a book series i haven't read in awhile releases new chapters or a new book I always reread the previous books to read it in order. (I think I might have ADHD...)

Okay so for a project, I have to write a short novella of about 15,000 words and it’s due in a month (so that’s 500 words a day), and I’m stuck on a few ideas in my head. So I made like a ‘back-of-the-book’ summary for all of them, so hopefully you guys can give input on what topic I should choose.

          1. Fantasy-
Nina Bennet is an ordinary girl. She’s the typical golden eldest daughter, with everything going for her. She has an ordinary life, she lives in an ordinary city, and goes to an ordinary school.
Her younger sister, Riley Bennet is not so ordinary. Born to a travelling wizard and a human mother, (when Nina was a toddler) she is a child of two worlds. The magical world, called ‘Wishonastar’ and of course, the human world. In every ordinary situation like this (about as ordinary as this can get), the protagonist gets the best of two worlds- but we already know that Riley is far from ordinary. Her father doesn’t know of her existence, and her mother is remarried and pregnant with her third child.
Her sister has powers, undeveloped ones, but stronger than most at her age. They always seem to turn on at the wrong times. What will happen when the real tragedy strikes? Will the sisters settle their differences, or will they go down arguing?
The POVs will be switched every few chapters.
          (Very generic, I know)

          2. Real Life Situations-
Leena Patel is Indian. Yes, she loved to wear ghagra-cholis and loved watching cheesy Bollywood movies as much as every other girl her age. But when she is uprooted from her country and has to leave her life behind to go to the United States because of her parents’ jobs.
Starting your Freshman year of high school in a new country is VERY hard, and being an Indian and living by stereotypes is harder. The not so sweet cherry on top is having religious and strict parents who monitor her every move. Just GREAT.
Will Leena survive her first year of high school, or will she let the negative assumptions get to her?
          Third isn’t fitting.

@writerkhonsu and @Myeviland_uwu, thanks so much for your help!! Now I need to make a decision and I’m a very indecisive person
The third was basically like if Cinderella’s parents were alive, but frankly, writing romance is not my forte. I can read it, but I can’t write it. Soo I won’t do that probably.

Both ideas sound interesting, although for very different reasons. Just like @Myeviland_uwu said, the first option gives you a lot of creative freedom, while the second allows you to delve deeper into someone’s not-so-ordinary life, struggles and thoughts.

Since it’s a short novella, I think the second option might be a little more straightforward to write. The multiple POVs in the first option could be really fun to explore, but fitting two perspectives, a magical world and the main conflict into 15k words might also be a bit more difficult.

Either way, just try to have fun with it. That’s all that matters. ♡

@Taneia_1315 hm, if you want to write some battle fantasy with mystery or like thriller you can do the first option, but if you like to write about Drama, Political issues or comedy, you can go with the second option. Of course these aren't mainly centered for a few themes theres so many you can write about, but personally, I'd go with fantasy, since you can make up alot of stuff and creat new things to be explored, or even hidden mysteries within places and characters, but I think you should decided on what you like:)
