          Reading 1 page Quran or few verses
          Try to fast Mondays and Thursdays 
          Try to pray tahajjud and duha prayers (2 rakats) 
          Do not backbite or do gossiping instead try to remember (dikhr) Allah and send salawat upon prophet Muhammad (atleast) 10 times a day .
          
          Remember other and pray for them first .
