How do you write/upload chapters of books?

For some reason I can't publish my 2nd chapter! It skipped and published the 3rd! Oh no! I'm sorry guys. I'm trying to fix it:/ 

Writing is my freedome, I can express myself through other characters and it just takes my mind off of certain things for a while. I would love to hear your thoughts of my stories and any tips you may have. Thank you:)
