I'll be posting a new chapter of *Night of the Hunter* today and boy writing this chapter was a roller coaster. So many BS happened this week I couldn't focus on editing, then the scene I needed to change wasn't working at all..
Sigh.. Hopefully things will work out for the best. This is the longest chapter I poster so far. I'm nervous af.

Can anyone explain to me why the *heck* wattpad makes my covers look so bad? Like... what do I need to do to have to do so the covers in such a poor quality? They might not be beautiful, but I do put effort... It's frustrating tbh
@justabloodyhobbyist omgggg So really Suggestion though, you can post the cover of your book in the first chapter as an overhead banner. That way people would be able to see the cover in better quality
Perhaps one of the most complicated things about writing something is suppose to be one of the most basic.
Consistency.
Keeping the character entirely constant throughout yet making sure the story hit the markers you're planning, making sure it plays out as it needs to without complicating the characters' consistent personality, behavior, integrity and so on.
I mean... At some point we *have* to put them in certain situations, right? We have to make sure their behavior in those situations is consistent with who they are.
Perhaps I'm overthinking here, but to me sometimes this is frustration and I feel like I failed by writing something that I feel as if makes the character lose the one basic thing that makes them... Them.

Well, you could just find an account, usually I go to accounts that I think will be interested in my contact, check them out, then message them saying "Hii, I think your profile is cool..."
Then you can add a reference to something they said like for example if the profile says "leave a hi if you read to the end of this bio" you can say "also I read to the end of your bio, so HIII... again... Follow for follow?"
Or if you don't want to say follow for follow you can say "Wanna follow and explore each other's reading lists?"
Most of the people that answer will say yes... And then you can also leave a random hi every now and then and ask how their day is doing... That way you form bonds and whenever you publish a story, they are more likely to check it out, because they know you.
They'll also check your account for things they might like, especially if you are into the same things.
And it's kind of nice talking to people on Wattpad. They are nice most of the time. Especially if you're nice first.
