someone please tell me what the fuck actually happens at a dinner party and how do I write one?

I have completely lost all motivation to write Who ruined summer?.
          
          I now hate the plot, hate the plot twist, hate the characters, hate the logic/lore. I hate it all, except for my pookies Thomas, Teresa, Sonya, Brenda, Harriet, and Minho.

guys is any one else actually blonde on this app? because I see so many face reveals and nobody has blonde hair and I'm just wondering if it's just meeee
          
          also, is who ruined summer? actually a good plot idea? because it uses the 'it was all a dream' plot twist, which I don't really like
          someone tell me because I feel like nobody will like it if i do end up publishing it, for that reason, but i dont know any other way to end the story
