Josh has been taking medication. That medication is to help treat "Major Depressive Disorder" though he's being treated for the wrong thing. Josh actually has psychological schizophrenia. He suffers from auditory hallucinations, delusions, paranoia, hearing voices, etc. Don't let him go off his medication or he'll suffer withdraw symptoms.
