@S_reiz ) yes! you can script that your clone acts exactly like you while you’re in ur dr. Im not sure if i went more in depth about it somewhere in my shifting book but if i haven’t i can explain it to you :)

I have a question when your scripting your parents do you have to describe them or can you just script who they are like for instance I wanted to script my mom dad as Sirius Black could I just script my dad is Sirius Black or would I have to describe him?

As a big potterhead, I finally decided to try the Raven method, but i didn't write a script, I didn't think I was gonna shift for the first time anyway so I just recalled details like my appearance, my relations and my Hogwarts House, etc and started counting and saying affirmations. When I reached 36, I began to feel dizzy and saw some white blotches and then my head started spinning and I got scared and opened my eyes straight away and sat up and for full 5 minutes, my head was constantly spinning and then it got better. But now I'm losing my motivation to shift because I don't want to feel uncomfortable like that.

This was my first ever shifting experience so any advice would be nice :)

Those are symptoms of shifting! They do happen often and it does scare me sometimes especially the first time, I recommend just letting yourself know that your close to shifting! I know this is trash advice but it helped me :]
