Not so good, Gal :(( 

• A leaf in the summer. Bright beautiful green in the sunshine, but dreading the Fall. Dreading the bitter cold to come, but dreading wasn’t enough and the Fall came with the cold. And the leaf slowly lost its color, slowly fading away. But that leaf outlasted the Fall and made it as far as the snow, but the snow had no mercy and tore and broke the leaf. But that leaf still held on to the branch that connects the leaf to life. The snow stops the cold starts to warm, the light of warmer days is not far from sight. All the leaf has to do is endure, endure the last days of the cold.•

•Major changes are scary. Not only because of the anxiety of worrying if your friends will leave you if you change so drastically, but also the fear of failing at the change and the disappointment and other negative feelings that come with the failure.
          
          Negative feelings don’t only come from failure but also from hating how you are and what you’ve done, embarrassment from feeling a certain way or doing things you’ve been told you couldn’t. •

• What happens when everything you know is fighting against you? 
          
          Would you try to fight back?
          
          Or would stand there and take it? 
          
          Break apart.
          
          Cry every night when you cracked a little more.
          
          Or would you run?
          
          Even when your told by everyone around you that you’re weak for doing so?
          
          I believe I would. 
          
          I’ve broke too many times to fight.
          
          I’ve broke too many times to stand and bust.
          
          For those who think it’s weak to run, Would you rather die broken into pieces?
          
          Never running to what will heal you and gather your pieces together and put them back in their places?
          
          I don’t want to die broke. 
          
          I’m already gone.
          
          They can’t hurt me anymore.
          
          They can’t hide who they truly are anymore.
          
          I’m fine.
