My name is Jake Hardy and i am the fastest and smartest man alive. I am 26 years old and i own the Velocity 18 formula, which can grant you permanent speed force powers.

My mother was kidnapped when i was 11 and my father went
 crazy as he tried to pinpoint her location. To the outside world I am a Forensic Scientist of the CCPD, but i secretly use my super speed to fight Metahumans with the help of my friends. 

I found the man who almost murdered my mother and stopped him but in doing so i opened our world to new threats and I am the only one fast enough to stop them. Besides we've got new allies as well. Found Earth 2 Dr. Wells and he built a tachyon enhancer for my speed problem and now i can run 96x faster than i used to.
