As an author from the state of Ohio, I have learned a few things over the years. 
1. Hate is a very real thing towards people that are misunderstood.
2. Community isn't always everything, sometimes the most toxicity can be found within a community.
3. Ohioans absolutely love their corn (this is not a joke I assure you).
4. Books are a way of escaping the shit that can and does go down here.

For as along as I have been able books and poetry have been a means of escape for me. Being able to visit other worlds and people, becoming someone you are not but so desperately want to be has always been such a release. to jump from one place to another by simply opening one cover to another without leaving the comfort of ones bed? that is true bliss.

Being from a family who  didn't really understand my mind or my true self for that matter was painful though they did try. It's becasue of that that i began writing in the first place. Creating worlds and people that would understand me and the way my mind works, beng able to flush out the poeple and worlds that so vividly sculpted themselves in thoughts. A library all my own beautiful and so very vast came into being full of stories and tales that wished to be told.

That is were I find myself now. Creating the library that is trapped in my mind, making it flesh and reality for the world to enjoy. I know that not everything I create here will be everyone cup of tea, but even if one or two people enjoy my works then that would be enough for me. 

So to those of you who venture and find yourself here I welcome you with open arms. Grab your coffee and a comfy seat wherever you may be. Enjoy this library all you wish, share this place with those you love. All are welcome to my library.
