I grew up a long time ago, in the Victorian Era. 

My father was a scientist that passed away when I was in my teenage years. The Doctor and Jamie McCrimmon offered me a chance to see all of time and space in a police box that was from my future. 

Many of the adventures I didn't overly like - I was held hostage by the Daleks once...
