A very wise friend of mine who I have known for most of my life gave be the best advice while I was going through a tough time.. 
          
          He said "You can always forgive the ones that hurt you, but sometimes you can never forget. Sometimes we just have to live with the memory and pain we have.. I guess it makes us the type of people we are."

It’s time for a fresh start they said.. 
          
          Time for forgiveness.
          Time to start again to find happiness and no longer live in the shadows of regrets, fears and sadness. 
          Time to forget all of the bad memories, all the nightmares. 
          It’s time to wipe those tears and rise again my dear. 
          Time to mend the broken heart you carry so carefully not wanting to feel pain again. 
          Surround yourself with love, family and friends. Find the peace within, set yourself free, free from the darkness that latches onto you dragging you down into the depth of the underworld. 
          Claim yourself for the light and the dark, claim it all.
