Assalam-o-Alaikum everyone. I'm surprised to be finally able to post here. I hope you all are doing fine no matter where you are now and I hope Allah brings you ease and lessens your worries. May you all stay blessed and healthy.
First of all thank you so much for giving me love, looking out for me and most of all supporting me here, on this platform. I can never ever thank you all enough. You guys brought me peace and happiness. Alas, all good things come to an end.
I regret to inform you that my book will no longer be available on wattpad nor on any other platform. Wattpad has been acting weird and I wasn't even able to login for like 6 months straight. The ratings for this app have gone down to 1.7 and it might just be removed soon enough. Today, out of nowhere it started working so I decided to be quick and reach out to all of you. As much as it breaks my heart to leave many readers out there stranded, please understand that I can no longer trust this application. It might log me out for months for all I know so it's absolutely pointless if I publish my book again and leave it hanging in the middle.
Another reason would be that I honestly don't think my work was ever good enough in the first place. Yeah, maybe back then 5 years ago but not anymore. Honestly, while I was trying to edit it, I couldn't help but cringe. Then I suffered through this period of *cringe block* and could barely snap out of it. So maybe somewhere out there, I'm just not proud of my work.
Allhamdulilah my health has been better. It's a lifelong journey but I'm recovering and doing well. I honestly don't want to leave this app nor you all. But eh, wattpad has really disowned me lol. I had different plans for us. A better book, a better bond with all of you. Sigh. Nevertheless, I'll still be here while this app lasts.
