ever since COVID I've had no perception of time and holidays no longer have any meaning
and also I'm just getting older in general. Christmas has lost it's allure, thanksgivings are pretty much listening to the adults talk while I sit on my phone, I'm technically "too old" to go trick or treating (but I'm going anyway), I don't do Easter egg hunts anymore, fourth of July is a capitalist scam celebrating systematic oppression and exploitation, new year's eve is boring, I'm not in a relationship so valentine's day serves no purpose, st Patrick's day was never fun in general, and all the other holidays are military holidays. I'm at the age where I can't do kid things, but I can't do adult things like get absurdly drunk, so holidays are literally more like chores.

Why do people wish death on other people for liking certain things? Like- I’ve seen that recently from even some of my own friends. I thought we were over this. Why is that necessary? If you don’t like it then just mind your business. Why is telling someone to die the option? You never know if that persons on the edge or not. Like damn.
