So, I couldn't get the picture from my friend... it's hard to explain, but Hidden looks sadder than regular Sans, and the fur on his hood has tiny patches missing, and his sweater is torn in a few places. HiddenTale Snowdin is barren and destroyed, and the air is filled with Monster dust. I guess you can do whatever you want with the shorts and slippers if you even go that far. I'm gonna say it now, Thank you for requesting to draw him, it actually means a lot to me =D
