I tried a PM last week, but I have a feeling it wasn't received, so I'll post this here too. The Falling Stars Clan name is mine, and I still use it for other off-site purposes, so I will not allow it to be recreated.
          
          If this is, in fact, a co-leader's account (Midnight or Lucy), I am fine with sending over some resources for use--such as the original Application form, the Rules and Guidelines, some official artwork, or even the schedule I used to keep the clan running alone for so long--but I will still request that the name, slogan, and location information be 100% changed. I just ask that I am contacted from either their original accounts or email addresses.
          
          On the other hand, if the post at @FallingStarsClan was untruthful, and this is not one of the original leaders, then I request that the Falling Stars Guild is removed without further word, as it's a violation of copyright that I still hold.

@xXRejodaXx I tried to forget the toxic drama that this site underwent, and all who caused it-- not those whom I delighted interacting with.
            
            I cannot claim rights to a forested area, nor the concept of the original Haven, but I do request that the name is changed, the link to FSC in the bio is removed, the slogan is taken out, and the original clan's message board is left without advertisements. Then just remember the following; while it's fine to take inspiration from others, it's not acceptable to mimic, clone, or copy them. Creating a group RP takes just as much love as completing a novel, and it's insulting to see others use it as a pedestal towards their own success.

@Silverwings- mmm silver? my, it's been a while. I am one of the originals, but I am not midnight or lucy. I'm sure you know who I am. and I'm sure you've tried to forget me. if you really wish, tell me exactly what should be changed, and it will be done. the only thing I will not change is that it is a guild, not a clan. I also want it to be in a forest area. if you'd rather us not to live in caves like the clan, we can live in the wilds.
