Hi there.
I'm new to Wattpad, but definitely not new to writing. For the past eight years I've been working with short stories, novels, and now prose-poetry and personal essay-poetry (zuihitsu). My genres include science fiction, fantasy, nonfiction, and magical realism. Most stories I write are written as gifts for close friends. I don't really like sharing my work with others, though I've recently been convinced otherwise, and I have no plans to profit off of anything I create. 

A little about me:
- I'm an introverted minimalist and pescatarian who cares a lot about environmental sustainability, human rights, minority representation, and other social justice issues. 
- My favorite athlete is Hanyu Yuzuru, my favorite comedy duo is Downtown, and my favorite author is Murakami Haruki.
- My favorite book is Murakami's "Kafka on the Shore".
- I can speak English, Mandarin, Taiwanese, and Japanese to varying degrees of fluency.
- My hobbies include reading, writing, piano, and chatting with friends.
- The book I'm currently reading is Ueda Akinari's "Tales of Moonlight and Rain".

That's all for now. I never post anything that is incomplete, but I'm usually working on multiple projects at a time, so the wait between releases shouldn't be too long. I hope you enjoy my work.
