Gonna go on a quick rant/vent, because this is getting ridiculous
So uh. Trigger warning for possible child abuse/neglect

I can't remember for the life of me if I talked about this before, but my aunt isn't a good mother to my little cousin (he's four now, he was three when this happened). I think it was in November, maybe October last year, I don't know, but me and my dad went to my grandma's house to meet up with my aunt and hang out for a bit. My aunt brought her boyfriend (she's still with him right now), who didn't look very entertained to be there. I'm gonna skip over some details because It's just the events leading up to what happened.

          [HEAVY trigger warning.]
Basically, my aunt's boyfriend took her car to go do something, and came back three hours later, yelling at my aunt for something, I never found out what (at the time he came back, my aunt and my dad were in my dad's car). My aunt's boyfriend reached into my dad's car, trying to pull my aunt out so they could leave to his apartment (at least I think that's what he wanted, my memory of this is fuzzy). He managed to get my aunt on the side walk before throwing her on the ground and pointing a g_n at her, threatening her and cussing her out.

While that was happening, I was in my grandma's house, in her room with my cousin when I heard the yelling. I told my cousin to stay there, gave him my phone to watch some videos on youtube kids (I had it downloaded on my phone for him). I leave my grandma's room around the time the police showed up, and my aunt's boyfriend had already fled.

My aunt's boyfriend was found by the cops, and put in jail. Before he was found by police, my aunt was speeding down the highway to get to his apartment to get her stuff from the room so her boyfriend wouldn't throw anything out. When we got back to my grandma's was when her boyfriend was found.

Long story short, he was bailed out the next day, and my aunt is still with him to this day.

No, you're not wrong at all. I think she's stupid too.

Oh, and she felt the need to yell out to everyone during the function about my self harm, so she's definitely not family to me.

So he was bailed out by a friend, I don't know the amount of money, but the reason she's still with him is because he's "changed"

In January my aunt called my dad saying that her boyfriend was yelling at her and hitting her, and asked for him to drive out and pick her up.
